What personal data we collect and why we collect it

  • Any personal details you knowingly provide us with through forms and our email, such as name, address, telephone number etc.
  • Your preferences and use of email updates, recorded by emails we send you (if you select to receive our newsletter and email updates on products and offers).
  • A tracking pixel that is recorded by our web server when you request any page or component on the website. This information is used to monitor your usage of the website. This information will not uniquely identify you as an individual and is used for functionality and analytics purposes only.
  • Data recorded by the website which allows us to recognise you and your preferred settings, this saves you from re-entering information on return visits to the site. We collect this only if you have opted in to allowing cookies, therefore giving your consent.

What we do with your information

Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used:

  • We may use your personal email address or telephone number to contact you in relation to an enquiry or sales question that you have asked us about via our contact form or email address.
  • To process your order and to provide after sales service. If necessary, we may pass your details on to another organisation to supply/deliver products or services you have purchase and/or to provide after-sales service. In these cases, we will let you know that this is happening.
  • Any cookies or tracking pixels are to be used for analytics purposes only and will not identify individual users.
  • Any personal data will be held on our secure systems for a maximum of 10 years after the final sales/enquiry, unless that person has opted in to receiving other marketing information from us.

What rights you have over your data

  • You have the right to request a copy of any information that we currently hold about you, and at any point.

  • You also have the right to request that we permanently delete the personal information we hold on file for you.
